Corporate Event Photography FAQ

How much does it cost?   Event photography pricing is tailored to your specific needs, starting with the event’s duration. For an idea, my packages begin from £450 for a two-hour shoot and include a range of personal bonus services that aren’t typically provided by other photographers, adding significant extra value. I’m unsure about shooting duration and other photography specifics.   That’s perfectly fine - we both know that events and challenging and schedules can shift even last minute. How fast is delivery?   Very fast: you will receive a personalised online photo gallery via email 48 hours after the event, inclusive of all fully edited photos and unlimited downloads. Feel free to share the gallery link to anyone you wish - colleagues, clients, delegates, guests, or simply download the whole batch and re-share them yourself in different ways. Totally up to you.

Do you do videos?   Afraid not, but I have you covered! Just ask for a free referral from my extensive list of trusted videographers, and save yourself the search hassle. They are all specialists I've worked alongside for years, and regularly recommend them to my clients.

Do you charge extra for short notice?  Never. Standard rates apply even if you need me last-minute and I’m free to take the job.

Are there penalties if we realise that we need you longer than initially booked?   Absolutely not. It sometimes happens that clients realise mid-event they need more coverage. 99% of the time I won't have another job right afterwards, so I'm happy to shoot longer. Standard rates apply even in this case - I’m not planning to punish clients for extended bookings!

What if you’re not available or we need more photographers?   No problem, just ask :) I've built a strong network of trusted photographers over the years who regularly cover for me when I'm already booked. For larger events like trade shows or busy ceremonies having two or more shooters is often essential. Rest assured that your photography is always in super-safe hands.

How many photos can I expect?   That mainly depends on factors such as event duration, schedule, activities, number of guests, but no need to guess: I'll provide you with a good estimate once received your event details.
