How much does event photography cost in London?
Event photography pricing is tailored to your specific needs, starting with the event’s duration. My packages include a range of personal bonus services that aren’t typically offered by other photographers, adding significant extra value. What's the turnaround time for event photo delivery?
Very fast: you'll receive a personalised online photo gallery via email within 48 hours after the event. This includes all your professionally edited event photos and unlimited downloads. You're welcome to share the gallery link with colleagues, clients, delegates, or guests — or download the entire batch and share them however you prefer. Entirely up to you.
Can we get a selection of photos for immediate use?
Yes, I’m happy to provide you with 10–20 images on the spot for social media, press releases, or immediate use at no extra charge.
Do you provide event videography services?
Not directly, but you're fully covered. Just ask for a free referral from my extensive list of trusted event videographers, and save yourself the hassle of searching. They’re all specialists I’ve worked alongside for years, and I regularly recommend them to my clients.
What are our event photography usage rights?
In accordance with my Terms & Conditions, your event photos can be used freely for all your promotional, marketing, PR, press, social media, and display needs directly connected to the event. Should you require broader commercial usage for larger campaigns or ongoing marketing activities, I’m always happy to discuss tailored licensing options to support your specific objectives.
Are there penalties if we realise that we need you longer than initially booked?
Absolutely not. It sometimes happens that clients realise mid-event, they need more coverage. Typically, I won't have another job right afterwards, so I'm happy to shoot longer. Standard rates still apply — there will never be penalties for extending bookings.
What if I need multiple event photographers or you're unavailable?
No problem, just ask. I've built a strong network of trusted event photographers over the years who regularly cover for me when I'm unavailable or already booked. For larger events like trade shows or busy ceremonies, having two or more shooters is often essential. Rest assured that your photography is always in very capable hands.
How many event photos can I expect?
That mainly depends on factors such as event duration, schedule, activities, and number of guests — but no need to guess: I'll provide you with a good estimate once I have your event details.
Do you cover events outside London?
Yes, I genuinely love travelling for work and regularly photograph large events all over the UK, Europe, the US, and I also conduct editorial assignments across the globe. You can explore my travel and documentary work in this dedicated portfolio.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, absolutely. I carry comprehensive public liability insurance, which is a mandatory requirement for working in historic venues, luxury hotels, conference centres and large corporate headquarters where I shoot on a regular basis. Insurance is especially important when working with multinational corporations, event management agencies, and high-profile organisations.
Do you charge extra for short notice booking?
Never. Standard rates apply even if you need a last-minute event photographer and I’m free to take the job.
